Call to Order
The meeting was called to
order at 12:07 p.m. on Thursday July 15, 2010 at Piacere in
Self-introductions followed and there were 16 in attendance. Chapter Officers present were Don Wadsworth Chairman, Mo Salberg Vice Chairman, and Joseph Aiello Secretary. Treasurer Steve Silber was absent.
Approval of Minutes for June 2010.
Mo Salberg gave the treasury report and it was approved unanimously.

John La Torra shared
information regarding an effort to gain consensus relative to the enforcement
Break for Lunch
Steve Wong of Wilkins gave an informative presentation on Lead-Free Plumbing Legislation and the new requirements that went into effect January 1, 2010. The information Steve brought to the table fostered a vigorous discussion on the subject. The many questions raised highlight the fact that there is still a great deal of confusion about specifics pertinent to the Law; What and who is effected? and How the law will be enforced? Steve was able to answer most of the concerns as well as point out some areas that still need clarification. Good Presentation, Thanks Steve!
